40' Mainship Vessel Walkthrough

From the fiberglass swimplatform, you enter the hardtop covered aftdeck via the transom gate. Once inside the aftdeck, you can walk out either same level side deck, step up the molded-in steps to the flybridge or walk through the double aluminum & glass doors to the salon. Once inside the salon, you will find the galley to starboard, lower helm and side deck access door starboard forward, sofa and ottoman with storage to port and a dinette with a benchseat and two stools port forward. Walk forward and step down into the companionway to find the guest stateroom to port, master stateroom forward and the head with an enclosed shower to starboard. Engine room access is via salon sole hatches.

Headroom in the salon is 6'7", 6'10" on the flybridge, 6'1" in the master stateroom, 5'10" to 6'4" in the guest stateroom and 6'4" in the shower. The master stateroom berth is 6'2" long, the guest stateroom inboard berth is 5'10" long and the guest stateroom outboard berth is 6'5" long.

The height from the waterline to the top of the navigation light is 18'6", 16' to the top of the bimini and 12'6" to the top of the windscreen.

40' Mainship Accommodations

The Other Woman offers a master stateroom forward with an island queen size berth and direct access to the head and enclosed shower; and a guest stateroom to port with side by side single berths. The head has access from the companionway, in addition to the master stateroom, and is across the companionway from the guest stateroom.

The salon offers a sofa with storage and ottoman with storage to port, dinette with a benchseat with storage and two stools port forward, a side deck access door starboard forward, double aluminum & glass doors and sliding Genius retractable screen door (2023) aft, vinyl Cherry sole, opening side windows with screens and blinds, opening center windshield and engine room access.

40' Mainship Flybridge

The flybridge offers a non-skid deck, fold-up table, a benchseat with storage to starboard, L-shaped seating with storage and a table port aft, 2 X Garelick Eez-In mate seats and 1 Todd helmseat, chart table starboard forward, bimini, full Eisenglass enclosure, storage cabinets, trim tab controls, searchlight control, bowthruster control, electronic engine controls, Yacht Controller remote control, anchor windlass control and electronics as detailed in the electronics section of this presentation. The bimini, Eisenglass enclosure and Sunbrella cushions were new in 2022. The helm and mate seat vinyl seat cushions were new in 2023.

40' Mainship Sundeck

The sundeck aft of the flybridge offers a non-skid deck, stainless steel rails with textilene screens, molded-in steps to the aftdeck, 2 deck chairs, removable table, hinged mast base, Magma stainless steel BBQ grill and a Summer kitchen with a stainless steel sink, Jenn-Air grill, Vitrifrigo refrigerator and storage space.

40' Mainship Aftdeck

The aftdeck offers a hardtop, non-skid deck, same level access to each side deck, double aluminum & glass doors to the salon, molded-in steps to the sundeck and flybridge, lazarette access, transom storage, transom gate, fold-down boarding step on each side, storage under the steps, hot/cold fresh water shower and 2 deck chairs.
