Signal V is a 1981 36' Grand Banks Classic trawler in nice condition and with numerous upgrades. She includes twin Ford Lehman 120 HP main engines, Kohler 8 kW generator, Magnum 2,000 watt inverter, non-skid main deck and replaced aluminum fuel tanks. From the aftdeck, you can walk out either same level side deck. Walk forward on the port side deck and step up two teak steps to the trunk cabin and then flybridge. Walk forward on the starboard side deck and enter the salon via the side deck access door. Once inside the salon, you will find the lower helm starboard forward, galley port forward, storage cabinet and L-shaped seating and folding teak table starboard aft and two seats and more storage port aft. Walk forward and step down into the guest stateroom with a v-berth and ensuite head. Walk aft and step down into the full-beam master stateroom with a double size berth to starboard, single size berth to port and an ensuite head. Engine room access is via salon sole hatches.
The headroom in the salon is 6'4", 6' in the master stateroom and head and 6'5" in the guest stateroom and head. The master stateroom berths are 6'6" long and the guest stateroom berths are 7' long.
The height from the waterline to the top of the flybridge windscreen is 12'9".
Signal V offers a full-beam master stateroom with a twin size berth and single size berth and ensuite head, and a guest stateroom with a v-berth and ensuite head.
The salon offers L-shaped seating with storage and a folding teak table starboard aft, side deck access door starboard forward, storage cabinet to starboard, two chairs and storage port aft, teak parquet sole, opening center windshield, opening side windows with screens and curtains, aft windows, fan and engine room access.
The galley is port forward in the salon.
Dining space is available at the salon folding teak table.
The full-beam master stateroom is aft and offers a double size berth to starboard, single size berth to port, storage drawers and cabinets, shelves, hanging locker, reading lights, opening side windows with screens and curtains, hatch and doors with screen to the aftdeck and an ensuite head.
The guest stateroom is forward and offers a v-berth, carpet over teak parquet sole, storage drawers, hanging locker, anchor chain locker access, opening side windows with screens and curtains, overhead hatch with a screen, reading lights, storage under the steps and an ensuite head.
The lower helm is starboard forward in the salon and offers electronics and detailed in the electronics section of this presentation, side deck access door, engine controls and an opening center windshield.
The flybridge offers a bimini, teak deck, fore and aft benchseats with storage on each side, stainless steel rails and weather curtains, storage under the helm, engine controls and electronics as detailed in the electronics section of this presentation.
The trunk cabin offers tender storage, hinged mast and boom davit system, 2 teak steps to the flybridge and port side deck and tender outboard storage.
The aftdeck offers a non-skid deck, same level side deck access on each side, lazarette access, a hatch and doors to the master stateroom, stainless steel fender racks and a transom gate to the teak swimplatform.
