Summer Wind is a 2001 Hunter Passage 420 center cockpit design cruising sailboat that has been well maintained. This one-owner 420 can accommodate family and friends for those extended stays on the water with all the amenities onboard for those seeking the cruising lifestyle. There is a spacious cockpit for outdoor dining and lounging, a swim platform with a ladder for easy access to the water, and plenty of storage for provisions and gear. The interior is designed for comfortable living aboard with a galley that is well appointed with a 3-burner propane stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and counter space. The salon settee provides a nice area for meals and relaxation, and the table lowers to make a queen-sized berth. The aft stateroom is the master cabin with a queen-sized bed and a forward stateroom for 2. She is powered by a reliable 62 HP Yanmar diesel, a Northern Lights 6KW diesel generator, a Simpson Lawrence anchor windlass, and an in-mast main sailing furling and jib furling system. For ease of maintenance, the engine can be accessed from 3 sides, the generator can be accessed from 2 sides.
