This particular boat has been meticulously cared for, with constant preventative maintenance for dependable seasonal use. Stored indoors during the winters facilitated this care and certainly minimized weathering to its exterior.
The boat has had some recent additions for comfort and ease of use, which include new interior carpeting, fresh Isinglass on the full canvas enclosure, with bimini, and a virtually new tender with outboard.
Even though this Vista does not come equipped with a generator, it does have air conditioning with reverse cycle heating, when connected to shore supply. Other amenities for ease of use, include a Maxwell electric windlass with remote and deck switches, and foredeck sun cushions. Fortunately, this 318 is equipped with a very reliable vacu-flush head system, which was not available on the earlier models.
The Vista 318 also has features that are to be expected on a boat of this size, which include a small wet bar in the cockpit, and ample storage throughout. While down below, in the cherry-finished interior one will find a microwave, coffee machine, 2 burner electrical stove, as well as a Norcold refrigerator and microwave.
The helm is well kitted out with a full suite of Raytheon and Raymarine equipment, which includes an integrated C80 Radar/Chartplotter/Echosounder, a Raymarine 215 DSC VHF, and a remote spotlight. There is also the typical CD/Radio with a remote and speakers both in the arch and cockpit.
Considering the age of the boat she presents herself really well and the relatively low hours on the engines indicate that she hasn't had much use.
The time has come for the current owners to move on to other endeavors and have priced the boat very reasonably for a prompt sale. Viewing by appointment.
This is one of the designs, that gave Four Winns their reputation for style and performance. The very noticeable sheer provides the 318 Vista with that sense of get up and go, even when dockside and fortunately, the low deck and integrated arch don't detract from that look.
