The 45 Sabre SE is a Vessel that is hard to miss and this 45 is no different. When you see "Encore" you know right off how well the seller has kept her.    Clean, well kept and inviting are only a few words that come to mind. 

  Stepping through her starboard side transom door you find a beautiful teak cockpit floor with lots of room and plenty of seating to enjoy a dockside cocktail or a cruise to your favorite hangout. Going through the salon door you are immediately drawn to her teak flooring and cabinetry. Warm and inviting to say the least. Her Salon offers seating both port and starboard as well as the ability to open the starboard aft window to allow the outdoors in.

 The Helm Station is located just forward of the salon on the starboard side and her galley is off to the port just a few step down. The galley offers Microwave, Dishwasher, Fresh Water Sink and plenty of storage. 2 Additional storage spaces are found in the very large utility spaces in the floor. One in the Galley area and the other in the salon.

 Moving forward down a step or two you see the Master stateroom forward, Guest stateroom to starboard and the guest head just forward of that. The master head is located to port side in the master stateroom aft area.
