Dan Sherburn
Dan sailed for over thirty years on Lake Michigan, competing in several cross-lake races including over 15 Queens Cup, numerous Clipper Cup and 2 Chicago to Mackinac races. After “retiring” from sailing, Dan purchased a 1976 Grand Banks 32 trawler and completed a solo Great Loop in 2017-2018. Of all the cruising grounds experienced on the Great Loop, Dan finds northern Lake Michigan and Lake Huron to be some of the finest on the trip.
