Jamie Goleski
Jamie was born in England and spent his time as a young child living near the shores of Southampton, New York. He moved to Stuart, Florida at age 4 and has been a South Florida native for over 30 years. He now lives locally with his wife, Shannon, and two children, Crew and Summer.
He grew up surrounded by saltwater. His adolescence was shaped by each experience, whether diving, surfing, or just about anything in between. He obtained his boater’s license at age 8 and owned his first flats boat at age 14. His afternoons and weekends on the water developed his knowledge of the river systems and love for the local community.
Jamie studied and played collegiate football at West Point and Florida Atlantic University. Soon, he began building relationships throughout South Florida. As a young man, at age 20, he obtained his Captain’s license and knew he wanted to pursue a career in the marine industry. He has earned many credentials and thrives in learning environments. He has spent time in boat yards and discovering the engineering elements of vessels in every shape and size.
In recent years, his leadership skills and management capabilities have landed him several opportunities on major yachts. He has traveled from Maine to the Caribbean, including summers in New England and countless trips to the Bahamas and the Florida Keys. He has enjoyed the networking experiences gained from boat shows in the surrounding areas.
