Raul Leoni is from Venezuela and has been an entrepreneur all of his adult life, venturing into different markets. He was born in 1981 and spent his entire childhood on various vessels his family owned. Since childhood, Raul has had a calling towards the sea. In 2012, he made a career out of his seaman experience by obtaining a yacht and ship brokerage license. He quickly connected with clients by offering comprehensive management programs, including mechanical services, crew services, and hurricane plans. Raul has managed clients' boats and personally owned and operated vessels ranging from 30' to 85'.
Throughout his yacht brokerage career, Raul Leoni distinguished himself by excelling at several established brokerages, consistently earning the trust of clients and colleagues alike. Driven by a vision to innovate and elevate the industry, he ultimately founded The Yachting Agency—a boutique-style brokerage staffed by a handpicked team of knowledgeable and passionate yacht sales professionals.
