Josh grew up on Grosse Ile, an island on the east side of Michigan, and has been passionate about fishing since he could walk. Boating and fishing are his lifelong passions, whether chasing salmon on Lake Michigan’s Tournament Trail or fishing offshore in the Gulf of Mexico from Orange Beach, Alabama.
With extensive boating and fishing knowledge, Josh has competed in tournaments in the Gulf, Florida Keys, and Great Lakes. He holds a USCG Master Captain’s license and has experience operating various types of vessels across the country.
