Grant Goldin
Since he was seven years old, Grant has spent most of his life on the water, growing up in Bradenton, Florida. His enthusiasm and desire to work in the marine industry originate from childhood when his dad took him on his first fishing charter. From that time on, he was hooked to life on the water!
Fishing was a huge part of his life growing up, along with being an athlete. Grant played competitive tennis from the early age of four and achieved his lifelong goal of playing division 1 tennis at Georgia Southern University. While playing tennis in college, Grant was named Team Captain and was also a part of the University's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. He graduated with his bachelor's degree in Communications.
Upon graduation, he returned home to Bradenton, FL, where he was the First Mate on the “StrayDog” a Custom 43 Torres — an Offshore Fishing charter out of Cortez, FL. While Fishing with Captain Scott Greer on the Staydog, Grant decided to get his OUPV Captain's license.
Growing up in Bradenton, Grant has always known the Galati name. He would visit the Anna Maria location as much as he could growing up just to get a glimpse at the Viking Yachts that were docked there. Today, he is a proud member of Team Galati, where he worked to graduate from the Yacht Broker Institute and become a licensed Florida Yacht Broker.
With these achievements behind him, he has moved forward with the company as a Certified Sales Professional. Through his experiences of fishing, boating, and being a collegiate athlete, Grant has learned that nothing comes to you without hard work and perseverance. His passion for building a personal relationship with his clients creates a friendly experience that will leave a positive imprint on whoever he works with.
