Hunt Edwards
Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Hunt has grown up on the local waters right here in South Florida. From an early start, fishing and diving has been at the top of his priority list of things to do and passions to follow. As a licensed captain for over 12 years, his career has led him to working both sides of the boating industry - commercial and private. Getting an early start working on the tugs at the Port of Palm Beach and as a captain for SeaTow, he has now been a long time captain in the sport fishing industry.
One of the more distinctive notes on his resume is 10 years of experience working as a seasonal guide in Southeast Alaska as a captain at a high end fishing lodge. Positioned on a remote island, guests arrive by float plane and spend the week fishing and exploring all that Alaska’s unique terrain has to offer. He runs one of five custom 37’ boats that takes guests fishing for halibut, salmon, lingcod and anything else that bites. As the captain, he hosts the trip for travelers who come from all walks of life - some returning year after year to fish specifically with him since his first season.
For the last decade, Hunt has been working as a private captain in West Palm Beach working for multiple different clients on a variety of vessels. Running and managing nearly a dozen boats, he has the experience and understanding of client needs and wants. Whether it comes to fishing or pleasure boating and everything in between, Hunt's unique resume positions him as a very knowledgeable salesman to find his clients exactly the vessel that will meet the needs of their operation.
