Prior to his brokerage career, he built, managed, and drove significant growth in multiple startups and enterprise-level technology companies, demonstrating his capacity for innovation and strategic thinking. His lifelong passions for boating and business both began at age 10 when he purchased his first boat, a Boston Whaler, funded by his beach photography business, capturing tourists with a Polaroid camera on weekends. As the President of Engel and Völkers Yachting, Justin continues to lead with integrity, innovation, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
