Erin Sylvia
Erin Sylvia grew up on the South Coast of Massachusetts and graduated summa cum laude from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Theater. She went on to perform on stage and screen throughout New England, with her favorite experiences at the Newport Playhouse, where she enjoyed the region’s rich history and seaside charm.
She became a Realtor® with licenses in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, helping clients from Boston to Cape Cod. Erin knows how to guide her clients through the process of buying and selling, even in a highly competitive market. To further support her clients in achieving their second or vacation home goals, she also earned a certification as a Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist from the National Association of Realtors®.
After a decade in real estate, Erin shifted her focus to recreational vehicle sales, inspired by her passion for helping people create unique and memorable vacation experiences. From travel trailers to luxury motorhomes, she’s helped countless clients find the perfect fit for their lifestyle—always prioritizing a positive and informed owner experience from beginning to end.
Erin is thrilled to join the crew at Cape Yachts! With a family legacy rooted in commercial fishing, joining the team feels like a return to her coastal roots. She brings her experience in the outdoor recreation industry, her passion for helping others make the most of their precious leisure time, and her dedication to providing first-rate service and owner care.
