Joe’s experience in the boating industry began in the mid 1970s while working summers at his godparents' marina in Annapolis, Maryland. His career has included boat servicing, custom boat building, and new boat sales in The Chesapeake Bay area. Relocating to Florida in 1985, Joe joined a small Yacht Brokerage firm in Daytona Beach. After a few years he started his own company and has been representing buyers and sellers in Central Florida as well throughout the Southeast during the past 30 years. Many of Joe’s clients are repeat customers or customer referrals .His clients have become accustom to his “hands on” approach and his commitment to their best interest. He is currently affiliated with three high profile Central Florida offices and a long term active member of the International Yacht Brokers Association.
