Bill Walczak entered the boat sales business in 1977. Opened his yacht brokerage business in 1981 leasing a sales office in Baltimore MD.

Moved to Annapolis in 1990. Representing buyers and sellers primarily on the east coast of the US, power and sail, in the 34-80' range. A handful of boat deals over 100' just to prove I can do it.

Owns and cruises/races Class 40 sail and MJM34Z power.
