Chase was raised in Southeast Florida and developed a deep affinity for water and nature from a young age. Like many young Floridians, he quickly immersed himself in fishing, free diving, and boating, which soon evolved into his passions. During his time at the University of Central Florida, Chase couldn't leave home without a boat. He often took his close friends fly fishing along the space coast in lieu of study sessions. Meanwhile, he also indulged in procuring, restoring, and selling small boats as a hobby. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance, Chase promptly obtained his license as a 100-ton captain and became a saltwater fishing guide with aspirations of entering the yacht brokerage industry. It did not take long for his dream to materialize when he joined a startup brokerage. In his first year alone, he orchestrated sales totaling just under $10,000,000. Ambitious and driven, Chase subsequently partnered with other young professionals, aiming to modernize the industry's traditional practices. He strives to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service, prioritizing client satisfaction above all else. An ardent people person, he firmly believes that cultivating meaningful relationships is the cornerstone of success in all aspects of life.
