Aaron Antonson has had a passion for boats and yachting since he can remember; his first business venture, at the age of 13, was to find neglected classic boats and restore them for profit. He learned from a pretty young age what makes a great boat stand out structurally and cosmetically through hands-on experience. He persisted in restoring boats throughout his time in high school all while he was the captain of his school’s sailing team. He went on to intern in Istanbul with a company and the builder was consecutively winning the World Superyacht Awards in Monaco at the time! While attending the University of Miami’s Herbert School of Business, he began a successful career in luxury and commercial real estate in South Florida, carefully navigating multi-million-dollar transactions. He later founded Alpha Nautical, a firm that specializes in the acquisition and restoration of more modern and profitable vessels. He continues to oversee successful projects, his goal being to provide his clientele with a profit each time. Aaron began his brokerage career with another respected brokerage firm, where he closed sales of more than $30,000,000.00 in under 3 years. Now partnered with United Yacht Sales, Aaron can offer his expertise to ensure his clients have an excellent experience whether it’s buying, selling, maintaining, or restoring their vessel. When not selling and restoring yachts, Aaron enjoys his time on the water fishing and exploring new areas in the Bahamas.
