Megan joined United Yachts in 2021. Originally from South Carolina, Megan earned a degree in Business/Marketing from College of Charleston, SC. Soon after graduating she was recruited to New York as the Marketing Director of a leading Real Estate Tech company. At the early age of 28 she co-founded Get The People, an award winning branding and digital creative agency based in Manhattan. After successfully running the agency for just over a decade Megan moved her family to Miami where she reunited with her love for the water and yachting. Megan began her yachting career in 2021 as a yacht Charter and Sales Broker at YachtLife, a global resource for luxury yacht charters and sales. She was a top charter broker after her first year and closed her first yacht sale with United in 2023. Megan is also active in her community, a mother of 1, 7 year old sailor and the Miami chapter lead for HeyMama, a community for moms in business and on the board of the Miami Yacht Club and Ladies of Little Lighthouse Foundation. In her spare time Megan enjoys the contact with the sea, travelling and keeping an active her local Miami community and the global yachting community.
