Juan “JC” Garcia was born in Havana, Cuba and came to the US when he was 3 years old. He grew up in NYC but spent most summers in Miami, FL with his family. Some of his fondest childhood memories were on the water and this is where his love of boating began. He has enjoyed boating throughout Florida, Long Island and after marrying a Midwesterner, the Great Lakes.

 In 2003 he decided to pursue a career in boating so he and his wife moved to Sarasota, FL.

He immediately started his career working for 16 years with one of the largest marine retailers in the country. JC has done it all, retail and brokerage sales, financing and boat show management.

JC is fluent in Spanish which has helped him connect with many of his clients in South Florida.

When he is not working he enjoys, boating, fishing, travel and motorcycles.

He is passionate about helping both new and experienced boaters as we all share a common bond…THE BOATING GENE!
