Dan has a 50-ton USCG Masters license, is a private pilot and was manager of Marina Yacht Brokers in Florida before joining Pier One Yacht Sales. He has been a licensed & bonded yacht broker in Florida for 7 years. Boating since his teens throughout the Great Lakes, St. Laurence River and New England waters, as well as the Windward & Leeward Islands, Dan and his wife lived aboard their trawler and toured areas from Boston and Buzzards Bay to Long Island Sound, Chesapeake Bay, the Keys and the Gulf. A graduate of the State University of NY & Stevens Tech, his previous career was Safety Engineering Manager for Safeco Insurance Company and Senior Safety Consultant for Revere Survival Products. Dan consults with his customers to find the perfect boat at the right price. He always advises his owners what is necessary to get their boats sold quickly.
