Ben is from the northern suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. Being landlocked in the city, he was not able to experience the boating lifestyle until he moved to Tampa, Florida for college, Ben attended the University of South Florida, graduating with honors with a degree in Business Management. During his college years, Ben worked as a lead dock master at Freedom Boat Club of Tampa Bay, a luxury, members-only club. Here, Ben discovered his passion for being on the water and the inner workings of boat maintenance.
Ben is extremely sociable and has developed a strong sense of building interpersonal relationships. Throughout high school and college, Ben mastered his passion for relating to people through various service-oriented jobs.
