A South Florida native who grew up in Palm Beach, Jason Norcross has spent his entire life in and on the water. He’s been operating boats since he was 11 years old and is a capable waterman in all conditions.

A world traveler, Jason has enjoyed spearfishing, fishing, and surfing adventures in some of the most exotic locations on earth. As an entrepreneur, he’s founded four successful companies over the last 18 years and brings a unique skill set to yacht sales.

Jason has been a consultant for multiple Fortune 500 companies as a sales coach and trainer, and his business experience has given him a level of professionalism that his clients appreciate. With his strong people skills, he builds long-term relationships with his clients, which generate many referrals.

Jason has lived in Jupiter for the last 15 years with his wife and three children. They love to travel together, and visit the Bahamas every summer.
