Overview

SANIBELLA is a truly exceptional yacht, boasting a unique distinction as one of only four E88s ever built! What sets her apart from other vessels her size is a full skylounge, with plenty of space to relax or socialize. Along with the complete skylounge, SANIBELLA also has a generous sundeck equipped with seating and dining areas, a hot tub, and sunbathing areas. Her added volume allows for additional mechanical equipment including at-rest stabilizers, bow and stern thrusters, and a waste treatment center, all of which are commonly seen on much larger vessels. CAT warranty through 5/7/2029/2000 hours.

SANIBELLA is a must-see, delivered by yacht builder Ocean Alexander in 2019, with low hours on both the engines and generators. The current owner replaced and updated the soft goods in the yacht to current contemporary standards in 2022. SANIBELLA offers a full-beam owner stateroom, a large VIP, and two spacious guest cabins, all with ensuite heads. SANIBELLA has a very generous crew area for three, a captain’s cabin with a double bed, a separate A/C unit, a second cabin with two berths, its own TV, a large head and shower, and a dining/lounge area with a second set of laundry machines.

Entering at the aft main deck you will find a large U-shaped settee with additional seating and a large teak table offering alfresco dining for 10-plus guests. The aft deck has a well-appointed wet bar on the starboard side with a fridge, sink, and ice maker. There is a drop-down TV to port. The two sets of stairs on either side of the aft deck lead down to the hydraulic swim platform. The platform is generous, acting as a home for the tender, jet skis, and toys of the owner’s selection. Once the tender is deployed into the water this area provides ample space for all water side activities.

Forward from the aft deck and entering the main salon is an L-shaped settee with storage and a coffee table to starboard and two comfortable chairs with an ottoman and retractable TV from ceiling to port. Forward is a custom dining table for 8. Between the main salon and dining table is a granite top buffet for serving with dedicated storage for china. Also in the dining area is a second granite top buffet to port. Further, forward to port are the day head and additional storage compartments. Beyond this area is the well-appointed galley with a large under-counter freezer and opening forward to a dinette to starboard and pop-up TV with storage beneath. The stairway to the guest area is to starboard and leads to a full-beam owner stateroom, a large VIP, 2 guest staterooms, and the owner’s laundry.

Just forward of the on-deck day head is the stairway to the skylounge. As you enter the skylounge to the center is a helm/control station with 3 Stidd helm seats. Aft to starboard is a large U-shaped settee with a stainless glass table and additional room for chair seating. The skylounge is very large and offers significant additional seating for dining, lounging, and living space. To port is a large granite top wet bar with a fridge and ice maker. Exiting the skylounge aft to port and starboard are separate settees. To starboard is the service bar with a fridge and barbecue grill. Continuing further aft is the stairway down to the aft deck. At the skylounge stern is a centerline Jacuzzi with sun pads on both sides.

Crew can enter the crew quarters from a private stairway on the aft deck or through a watertight door on the transom from the swim platform. The crew area includes a settee, dinette, cooking area, sink, storage, second laundry, and lounging area with TV. There are two crew cabins with a large head, sink, and full shower. Both cabins have hanging lockers.
