    Accommodations and Layout:

    Full beam Master Suite, two Queen sized guest suites, commercially equipped galley, two gas fireplaces, an indoor/outdoor great room, copper

    topped bar and a luxurious décor.


    FIRST FLOOR

    Beginning forward is the open air observation deck. Next aft and inside is the dining salon with the 60” round dining table

    for eight situated in a glass enclosed alcove and a comfortable seating area with a beige sofa and a red leather Queen

    Anne chair and two cream colored leather easy chairsand 42” Hewlett-Packard TV.

    The commercial galley is aft and to port with the chef’s stateroom just aft. The day head and second floor access is to

    starboard. Back to port and down is the access to the crew quarters for two with a full private head.

    Next aft is the full beam master suite with a king sized bed aft, a complete entertainment center forward and to port with a

    42” Hewlett-Packard flat panel TV, Sony DVD player, recessed surround sound stereo speaker systemand the Heat-Glo

    gas fireplace with remote start. The private masterbath is forward of the suite and features a large custom tub with Water

    Works nickel plated fixtures andCarrara Marble surround, a large 30X60 marble tiled shower with nickel plated Water

    Works fixtures and a Carrara Marble topped Mahogany Vanity with Kohler porcelain sink is in between. The automatic

    commode has a seat that rises when you enter the head, is heated and includes a built in Bidet and air dryer features.

    Access to the private aft deck is via port and starboard swing doors.


    SECOND FLOOR

    From the dining room, aft and to starboard are the stairs to the second floor with the fully equipped pilot house forward.

    Just aft and on either side of the companionway are the two queen sized guest staterooms each with its own private

    head with a separate stall shower.

    Further aft and full beam is the impressive indoor/outdoor great room with a large fully equipped U-shaped copper

    topped bar in the center, entertainment center and Heat-Glo gas fireplace forward and to starboard, a comfortable

    seating area to port with a green leather sofa and two paisley print Queen Anne chairs. Along the starboard wall are two

    sets of game tables and four comfortable brown leather chairs. The glass back doors to this room fold to either side and

    join the large covered aft deck into the bar area thereby creating an incredible indoor outdoor entertainment area. This aft

    deck has three round tables and ten wicker type chairs. The soft enclosure wraps on three sides and can be opened to

    enjoy more of the outdoors.

    The impressive U-shaped copper topped bar with a brass foot rail and 11 wicker style bar chairs is fully equipped with a

    Sub-Zero model 424 wine cooler, two True chest type drink coolers, Scotsman 100 lb commercial ice maker, commercial

    drink blender, Champion commercial glass washer and three basin LaCrosse stainless steel sink with filtered water

    dispenser.

    The décor is custom grain matched and richly finished Mahogany paneling throughout with Mahogany trim and solid

    Mahogany doors, maroon and brown striped wool carpet, Saddle colored headliners with Mahogany battens and custom

    color matched grills, trim and light fixtures. With wall sconces, complementary leather chairs and sofa covers, and 2”

    Mahogany wood blinds on all windows, the overall feel is that of a classic gentleman’s home.


    Galley

    The galley is completely commercially equipped and is all stainless steel including walls, ceiling, fixtures, cabinets and

    appliances that would make any professional chef proud. A Montague six burner gas stove, double oven, grill and two

    Wolf warming drawers are all under a Captive Air stainless vent hood with roof top exhaust vent and Ansul R102 Wet

    Chemical auto/manual fire suppression system. Panasonic “The Genius Sensor 1250” microwave oven, Triple basin

    stainless steel sink, one Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer drawerunit, one upright Sub-Zero commercial sized refrigerator

    and one upright Sub-Zero freezer, APW Wyott double tank deep fryer, dumb waiter to the second floor, stainless steel

    and granite counter tops, Sub-Zero ice maker, Asko washer and separate dryer, two Kenmore 38 gallon electric water

    heaters, Keurig coffee maker, Sharp 13” flat panel TV. There is a large pantry/storage compartment under the galley floor

    accessed VIA an electric hatch lift with two additional Silver King Refrigerators and plenty of shelf storage as well as the

    three water pressure systems, water filtration system and water maker.
