Walkthrough

Immerse yourself into LIVE MAS then start planning your rewarding adventures aboard! Stepping aboard LIVE MAS, it’s the solid feeling in the balance and construction that draws you in.

Built into the substantial transom is an Aircraft style watertight transom door with a locking stainless steel ‘T’ handle for convenient access to the lazarette, storage and engine room spaces when docked.

The large full-width molded swim platform provides plenty of room for boarding water toys and a tender.

Next, you intuitively lay hold of a well-placed handrail and ascend the courtesy LED lit gently curved steps to the aft deck.

Situated on the aft deck is a large U-shaped settee fitted with custom upholstered cushion seats and seat backs with additional chair seating at the large teak table.

For entertainment, the aft deck has a well-appointed wet bar, refrigerator drawers, stereo speakers and Smart TV.

The main deck is open from the aft deck through the salon and dining area then forward to the galley along the port side with generous headroom. Design elements combine tasteful and durable custom carpets, fabrics, furnishings, and décor throughout. Complementing the luxurious interior is stunning satin finished Walnut cabinetry, doors and wall panels. Dramatic white quartz countertops present an eye-catching statement on the bar and galley counter, master head and nightstands. Throughout LIVE MAS is matching hardware for light fixtures, doors, cabinets and drawers.

Furnishings in the main salon to starboard include an L-shaped custom upholstered settee with a coffee table and two custom lounging chairs with a table to port. Adjacent and forward is a gorgeous dining table with new custom dining chairs. There is a white quartz countertop with storage between the main salon and dining table. Also found in this area is a white quartz top buffet to port. Ahead to port is the day head. Beyond this area is the well-appointed galley opening forward to a dinette and helm console fitted with Garmin electronics, MTU engine displays, thruster and stabilizer controls and two Stidd chairs. Forward is a stairway for access to the well-appointed accommodations which include a full beam, king bed master stateroom with ensuite head and shower, VIP cabin forward with a centerline island bed and ensuite head and shower, port and starboard guest cabins with matching berths, each with its own head and shower. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the central companionway for person laundry.

To port across from the galley, is the stairway up to the fly bridge. The helm is centerline with Garmin electronics, MTU engine displays, thruster and stabilizer controls and two Stidd helm chairs. To the starboard side of the helm area is a spacious custom upholstered sun pad. Just aft to starboard is a large U-shaped custom upholstered settee with a teak table and additional chair seating. To port is a large granite bar with sink, new refrigerator drawers and an icemaker and 4 custom upholstered bar stools. Further aft to port is a full-size BBQ. To starboard is a large double-size custom upholstered sun pad. Continuing further aft is the stairway down to the aft deck. The davit and tender storage deck is aft.

For entertainment, stereo speakers are well-placed for enjoying your favorite playlists and above the bar is a Smart TV.

Captain and crew can enter their quarters from a stairway on the aft deck or through a watertight door on the transom from the swim platform. Amenities in the crew area are a settee dinette, sink, and storage. There are two crew cabins with one head, sink, and shower. Both cabins have hanging lockers. Here you will find a second laundry facility.

An abundance of hanging lockers, drawers, and storage compartments in all accommodation areas with laundry forward and laundry in the crew area are key for an orderly yacht.

Exterior spaces on the main deck extend forward from the aft deck along deep, wide decks to the foredeck and sun pad lounge. At the bow area resides a MAXWELL VWCLP 4000 hydraulic anchoring system with a 50 kg polished stainless steel plow style anchor, swivel and 300’ X 3/8” HT chain and adjacent anchor launch & retrieve foot pedal controls. Washdowns and deck drains are positioned to aid in cleanup.

You will be impressed with the stand-up headroom in the engine room between the engines with ample room forward and outboard for accessibility to critical systems. The reliable and efficient MY 12V 2000 M96 1920 HP main engines with underwater exhaust and only 2050 hours (1/2025) paired with ZF gears, are the heart of performance offering high torque at low RPM’s providing excellent vessel control. 

A central hydraulic system powers the Sidepower stabilizer fins, bow and stern thrusters and Maxwell anchoring system.

Fully integrated electrical system with twin Kohler 32 kW and 120/240V/60 Hz marine diesel generators (port 2309 hours, starboard 2257 hours 1/2025), 100A charger, LED 24V lighting, house batteries, 100A shore power cable and smart Y adaptor.

The comfort climate control throughout the accommodations, main deck, fly bridge, crew area and engine room is Dometic’s multi-zone chilled water air conditioning with reverse cycle heat system.

Throughout the main deck are large embedded fixed frameless windows which bathe the interior spaces with natural light.

Personal property refers to all items not permanently attached to the vessel including but not limited to artwork, furnishings, and recreational or entertainment items. Advertisements, marketing materials, and/or other photography may depict the vessel with personal property, however, such personal property is excluded unless otherwise specifically included as provided herein.
