Ninkasi III reflects caring ownership from her steering gear to her windlass. Her original owners had gone well beyond normal maintenance, and made many upgrades to systems and cosmetic improvements - the yacht shows like a much newer little ship. Now offered by her second owners who purchased her in April 2023.
Ninkasi III is just finishing up her yard cycle, bottom paint, zincs, full hull & topsides wax.
She is also very fuel efficient and one of few Classic models to come on the market, and surely the best one ever offered.
With more live-a-board room to share quality time adventures with family and friends, escape to a lifestyle of cruising. Enjoy the relaxation, outdoors, and fun of boating on your home
away from home!
OVERVIEW
As you approach this elegant low-profile Jack W. Sarin N.A. designed 59 Symbol Classic Pilothouse, you will understand why Jack's excellent reputation is worldwide. The distinctive exterior styling of the 59 Classic features traditional lines, a wrap-around Portuguese bridge, wide covered side decks, 14' wide flybridge, and large salon windows - all designed with practicality in mind. She has an easily driven modified "V" hull designed for economical cruising and a deep keep to protect props and provide directional stability. The underwater exhaust system ensures that the boat is relatively quiet and free from trailing exhaust fumes.
As you enter the teak sole cockpit, you will notice the spacious cockpit and salon areas have been balanced to provide the maximum space for both. Large teak-covered cockpit includes built-in fixed seating with storage under, storage cabinet/seat, custom teak table and space for additional chairs. Palm Beach awning over aft seating can be folded to add sun to the area. A spacious lazarette area below includes a large storage area and a safe and convenient engine room entrance via a watertight aluminum door with a viewing port.
Large low windows in the salon are positioned to provide maximum light inside the boat, with good sight lines for both sitting and standing. The extended salon features a large entertaining area, which includes a long L-shaped sofa to starboard, with extra cabinet/drawer storage forward and to port. The forward storage cabinet includes a flat-screen TV on a lift. The salon also has a home theater surround sounds system and large drawers and storage cabinets.
A few steps up from the large salon is the pilothouse, designed for serious navigation with a commanding view, a large C-shaped dining area, a well-equipped galley, a comfortable top-quality helm seat and weathertight doors port and starboard for quick access to the side decks. Decks are protected by a Portuguese bridge with storage lockers, high bulwarks with handrails and a forward seating area. The pilothouse has great visibility and is the center of activity when cruising or at rest. There is excellent storage for charts, cruising guides, and binoculars, as well as AC/DC outlets for charging.
The galley is U-shaped, with a C-shaped dining area with teak custom folding and sliding table top. Large storage cabinets above both countertops, under dinette, under sink and stove top with four deep drawers outboard of the dishwasher. Large undercounter drawers for AC/DC refrigerator/freezer to increase counter space.
From the pilothouse, there is a stairway to the spacious staterooms/heads, side-by-side Bosch washer and dryer and plenty of storage. Companionway stairs lift to access commissary storage an automatic light and shelves. The master stateroom is located amidships, featuring a centered king-size berth with drawers and storage under. Stainless steel opening ports provide cross ventilation and natural light. The room also features sliding Shoji screens for privacy, night tables, book storage and drawers and storage console cabinet to port. VIP stateroom forward has a centerline queen berth with a hydraulic lift to access storage, large drawers under the berth, two handing lockers and a storage area. There is a separate door for the stateroom into the forward head. Guest stateroom to port features separate berths, reading lights and a hanging locker.
A convenient stairway from the pilothouse takes you up to an extended beam flybridge, featuring two settees, two helm seats, a custom teak grate dining table, sun lounge and boat deck. An outdoor galley features a Cuisinart propane BBQ grill, combo refrigerator/icemaker, sink and storage. The helm area is raised for an excellent sightline. The boat deck area has over 13' of space, for dinghy, crane, and sunpad, with lockable storage under. There is a U-Line ice maker/refrigerator for drinks, a sink, and storage, all enclosed in an easy-to-clean fiberglass cabinet.
