To the port side, an inviting L-shaped off-white Ultra Leather sofa offers relaxation, while a matching settee with cherry armrests awaits on the starboard side. Both seating areas feature concealed storage for added convenience. Anchoring the space is an elegant oval cherry and burl wood coffee table, adding a touch of sophistication. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a built-in 32" LCD TV and an array of audiovisual equipment housed within a cherry countertop cabinet. Dining Area

One step up from the Galley is the yacht's Dining Area on the port side, just ahead of and open to the Galley. A curved four-person settee faces aft, offering an excellent view out of the large forward and side windows. A unique burl wood and cherry table folds in half for easy entry/exit. Also in this area is a skylight to the Lower Companionway, another Marine Air digital A/C control, and two directional halogen mini spots over the table.

Companionway

To the starboard side opposite the Galey are seven curved carpeted steps, LED nightlights, a bookshelf and an

opening stainless steel porthole half way down the stairs. The yacht's main electrical panel is near the top of the steps.

At a landing at the bottom of the steps is a Whirlpool Thin Twin heavy duty washer/dryer ni a cedar lined locker behind cherry doors.

Continuing forward are carpeted steps going up, a skylight ot the Dining Area above, storage below the sole, cherry handrails and LCD mini lights at the steps.

Accommodation

Master Stateroom

- Arched cherry doorway at the bottom of the Companionway grants access to the Master Cabin.

- Raised platform berth located in the port aft corner, featuring two storage drawers and rope lighting underneath to optimize floor space.

- Brass swing arm lamps flank the upholstered headboard, positioned against a mirrored bulkhead.

- Cabinetry to port forms a nightstand with a drawer below, bookshelf above, and two opening stainless steel portholes with drapes above the bookshelf.

- Access to the en suite Head is located next forward.

- Nightstand to the starboard side of the berth features three drawers below, accompanied by a cabinet with three additional drawers, with a cherry cabinet in between.

- Large cedar-lined closet with auto light, hidden storage, digital safe, and dressing mirror inside the door is situated next forward.

- Foot of the berth features a cabinet with a drawer and two doors below, with a custom TV cabinet above housing a 14" LCD TV facing the bed.

- Additional features include stereo speakers, a CO detector, and six overhead mini halogen lights.

Master Head

- Two steps up from the Master is the private Head, featuring a marble tile sole.

- Bow front vanity cabinet with an under-mount sink on the Avonite countertop.

- Forward through the center Companionway and up three steps is the Starboard Guest Cabin with twin lower berths.

- Between the berths is a three-drawer cherry nightstand.

- Beneath each berth is one large and two small drawers for storage.

- The outboard berth features two opening stainless steel portholes with Roman shades and five cherry cabinet doors above.

- At the foot of the outboard berth is a cedar-lined hanging locker.

- Additionally, the cabin is equipped with a full-size dressing mirror, two reading lights, digital AC/ controls, and rope accent lighting at the valance.

- A hinged access panel provides convenient access to the back of the Helm and associated electronics.

Guest Head to Port

- Across the Companionway from the Starboard Guest Cabin is the Guest Head, accessible from two doors—one from the centerline Companionway and the other from the VIP.

- The Head features a marble tile sole and a bow front vanity cabinet with an under-mount sink on the Avonite countertop.
