MAIN DESCRIPTION

"Nonchalant" is a 2003 Evans built Chesapeake Bay style deadrise constructed of solid, molded fiberglass by Evans Boatworks in Crisfield, Md.  Box stern design, she is 48 feet in length overall and has a wide 14' 10" beam with plenty of room for fishing and commercial operations.  She has a reliable John Deere 650 hp engine, hydraulic steering,  and a reliable electronics package.  A very seaworthy vessel she has been used in the Chesapeake Bay and Mid-Atlantic ocean for commercial fishing and maintained by a skilled owner since being built.  She is available to see in Tilghman, Maryland and ready for her next owner.

ENGINE

"Nonchalant" has a 2010 John Deere, 650 hp,  13.5 liter diesel engine with 5200 hours.  The engine is in good condition, starts up easily with no smoke and runs well.  All hoses, belts, clamps etc. are in working and satisfactory condition.  The transmission is a 2006 ZF model 32, serial number 20058910.

INETERIOR

"Nonchalant" has a forward V berth area with two bunks.  The helm is located on the starboard side and has all the necessary equipment for commercial or private use.  View from the helm is excellent.  A dinette is located on the port side with storage underneath the seating.

SAFETY AND EMERGRNCY EQUIPMENT

"Nonchalant" is equipped with five (5) bilge pumps - four 2000 gal per hour pumps located stern aft center, one in the V berth, one under the pilothouse, one just aft of the pilothouse and a 3600 gal per hour located in the engine compartment.  An inflatable life raft is located in the cabin roof.  Four fire extinguishers are located throughout the vessel, two in the pilothouse, one under each washboard, type BC, 3lb containers.  There are five survival suits and five USCG approved life vests.  The vessel is equipped with an electric air horn as well.

CO-BROKERAGE AGREEMENT

All of our listings are available for co-brokerage on a 50-50 commission split agreement when the selling broker shows the listing and attends the survey. If the selling broker requires a courtesy showing and we are available to conduct a courtesy showing on our listing, the co-brokerage commission split is 60% listing commission and 40% selling commission. If the selling broker does not attend the survey, the co-brokerage commission split is 70% listing commission and 30% selling commission.
