A full bathroom features a marine head/toilet, shower/tub, and vanity sink with medicine cabinet. The interior features 7' 7.75'' of cabin headroom throughout. The kitchen is fully furnished with a 16.5cu/ft electric refrigerator/freezer, a new Whirlpool 5-burner smooth top oven/range, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, double sink, coffee maker, and all of the essentials from electric can openers to pots/pans, serving plates, cutting boards, etc. A countertop ice maker, 12-bottle wine cooler, and mini fridge are all included along with a gas grill located on the exterior.

Carpet & Tile flooring is installed throughout the interior. A 42'' Vizio HDTV with soundbar and bluray player can be found in the living room along with an assortment of DVDs, Blurays, and books for those rainy days, and a pair of recliners along with the queen sleeper sofa.

Comfort is provided by a Carrier Central Heat/Air Conditioning HVAC 2-Ton unit, (3)interior ceiling fans (bedrooms and living room/kitchen) as well as an outdoor ceiling fan (under the covered patio) and the cabin is constructed with dual pane windows throughout.

Additional features include a lake water pump with 2-stage filters and an Ultra-Violet Light, a 19 gallon electric water heater, a 4-step swim boarding ladder, additional swim boarding ladder (not shown/not installed), (2)exterior storage lockers, exterior patio furniture, and much more is included and the current mooring location on Norris Lake is transferable!

A 2008 Premier 240 Sun Spree Pontoon Boat with 2007 Yamaha 90HP 2-Stroke Outboard Motor and Bimini Top with Issinglass Enclosure, Pop-Up Changing Room w/Porta-Potti & More is available for an additional purchase & includes a transferable covered slip at the marina for ease of accessing the Floating Cabin year round!
