ACCOMMODATIONS:
Several custom interior changes done by her original owners includes a wider aft cabin layout.
Aft cabin includes walkaround queen berth, and wide desk and stool to port of the full sized access door and stairs to aft deck.
To starboard are numerous drawers and lockers; to port are more generous-sized lockers.
To port forward is an ensuite Vacuflush head, sink and lockers.
There is a large hanging lockers on centerline and to starboard is the separate shower room.
One steps up to the main salon with 360 degree visibility and two side doors to access the side decks. The salon is spacious and bright with the lower helm to starboard, and dry bar or storage aft.
An L-shaped settee is also to starboard with a varnished teak drop leaf dining table and two swivel stools, accommodating six for dinner.
To port are two swivel blue upholstered chairs.
Next forward and down is the spacious galley. The galley includes a new LPG Force 10 three burner stove and oven, 110V refrigerator-freezer runs off inverter or generator, double S/S sinks, many lockers and drawers and a microwave.
Further forward is a spacious vee berth cabin with drawers under, large hanging lockers and bookshelves.
An ensuite head with Vacuflush fresh water W.C., and sink and shower. There is also a locker which houses the clothes dryer.
The interior joinerwork in all Grand Banks is varnished teak with varnished teak parquet soles. It is of the highest quality construction.
