steel structure, serious cutter sail plan, robust cruising systems, generous fuel capacity, large engine room and practical

two-stateroom liveaboard layout.

 The 2023 insurance survey rated the vessel in average condition while restoration was in progress

 The same survey estimated fair market value at $81,000 and replacement cost at $600,000

 The owner reports multiple survey-era deficiencies and preservation items have since been addressed

 Exterior paint and cosmetic finishing remain a visible opportunity for the next owner

 A current condition-and-value survey and ultrasonic steel-thickness inspection are recommended for any buyer
