ACCOMMODATIONS
Below and aft of the forward chain locker is the forward cabin with 6' headroom that has a starboard berth with cushion and a port settee, both with storage below and are 5' 10" long. Next aft is a starboard hanging locker and a port enclosed head with a manual marine flush.
Next aft is the main cabin with single port and double starboard settees with new cushions. The starboard pulls out to make a double berth and the port settee makes into a single. Water tanks are below and a custom drop-leaf table between. Bright outboard lockers and shelving on both sides with white painted ceiling and bulkheads. Aft to port is the galley consisting of a large stainless steel sink with fresh water hand pump set in a bright woodwork counter with drawers and lockers outboard and below. Aft is a Jotul solid fuel stove with a copper and galvanized stack, Concordia's design. The insulation aft of the stove is copper over a fire-proof board. The large top loading insulated ice box is starboard. Next starboard is a quarter berth, and the starboard side engine room with excellent space. In the cockpit there is good access to the port side of the engine as well through a trunk cabin. The entire cabin has two port holes, six opening port lights, with four cabintop hatches, one being an opening butterfly hatch. Very good natural light and ventilation. The headroom is 6'2 1/2" in the main cabin.
Above starting at the fore deck is the main mooring bit that supports the bowsprit and jiboom along with the bob and whisker stays. The chocks are carved into the bulwarks. Her trailboards and name plates are new, carved and painted by the current owner. The windlass is aft of the bit. The side decks with hand rails on the cabin top lead to the aft cockpit with a newly built fir coaming. The wheel steering and pedestal are aft in the cockpit with seating (new cushions) for several. New galvanized and painted iron davits for the tender are fitted into the exterior coaming.
2025 UPDATE ON WORK
All seacocks have been removed, serviced, and re-installed
Approximately 30 hours on a major overhaul of the Westerbeke engine

All blocks were serviced in 2024
All new boat cushions, interior and exterior
In the hull three planks were removed and replaced.
A repair and update to a scarf joint was made to the bottom section of the main mast.
"Over the past ten years this vessel has had some major work. She has been in her boat shop during that time where she had some plank replacement: the bottom was fully stripped, re-caulked, refastened, and painted. The decks were reefed and re-caulked, and the bulwarks were replaced along with the timber heads. During this time the chainplates were replaced and the wire rigging was replaced along with the running rigging." Paul Haley, 2022 of Capt. G.W. Full & Associates
