Description

The 420 Prestige stands out with its expansive flybridge, larger than most in its class, offering the feel of a traditional cabin cruiser. This multi-purpose yacht is ideal for cruising, entertaining, and day boating. It boasts private entries to two full-beam en-suite staterooms, complemented by sun pads on the bow and port side of the flybridge, with a teak-tread stairwell providing easy access.

The yacht features two stairways, one forward and one aft, leading down to the accommodation level. Here, you'll find two private en-suite cabins cleverly separated by head compartments for optimal privacy. Sweeping windows on both the upper and lower decks flood the living areas with natural light, while a Bimini offers shade on the flybridge.

Inside, the salon provides an additional berth option with its convertible seating arrangement. The dinette and lower helm are situated on a raised bridge deck, offering exceptional visibility. Vessel Overview:

    Salon:

•Sliding glass door that stores to port behind a standing locker opens double wide to connect the aft deck with the galley, which is just inside the door.

    •Kenyon 2-burner Electric Stove

•Console with bottle storage below and a television on top.

•Single- step up to the bridge deck, with the dinette to port and the lower helm to starboard.

•The dinette has an optional electrically operated center pedestal, and it can be lowered at the touch of a button to create a berth for two persons or a nice lounging area while underway.

•Instrumentation and controls at the lower helm are identical to those at the upper helm, with the exception of a larger multifunction display.

•Galley includes microwave and refrigerator/freezer to port, ceramic cooktop and deep sink to starboard.

    •Cuisinart Microwave

•Solid surface countertop with plenty of storage above.

•Separate stairwells to private cabins are to port of the galley and straight ahead, next to the lower helm.

•The views for those dining or relaxing to port are equal to the views from the lower helm: nearly 360 degrees.

•The lower helm has a shelf to starboard for the dual lever binnacle, trim tabs controls and the IPS joystick.

•There is standing headroom at the helm.

    Master Stateroom:

•The Master stateroom is amidships, and is spacious in size, storage and utility.

•The berth is two singles joined at the head, that becomes a king size berth with the addition of a filler cushion.

•It is accessed from the galley area with its own private companionway access with stainless steel safety rail.

    VIP Stateroom:

•Located in the bow, and surprisingly spacious due to the forward extension of the beam.

•Private door to the en suite head, which has a separate water closet that doubles as a shower compartment.

•Access to both sides of the berth with storage along both sides.

•Separate door to the companionway, this head serves double duty as a day head.

    Helm:

•The Helm is set to port and the wheel and helm chair are to the left of the console centerline.

•The throttles mount just to the right of the wheel, and the IPS joystick is on the centerline.

•The tilting wheel can be nearly vertical or more horizontal, depending on preference.

•A small compass is mounted in line with the wheel.

•Dash features a single multifunction display, plus two analog style digital tachometers, two Volvo Penta engine displays, a stereo, an autopilot, and a radio speaker.

•Additional small handrail to aid the helmsman when standing.

•AC is provided by shore power and a 7.5 kw Onan generator

•AC panel in master stateroom with 11 circuits. Additional breakers and circuitry in engine room.

•Space for four to five people at the dinette.

    •Optional Bimini.

•Rails are independent of the forward-raked windscreen, making them easy to grab.

•Optional outdoor galley with sink, refrigerator, and grill with a backsplash.

    Aft Deck:

•Access to the aft deck is standard, with a locking stainless steel gate to starboard.

•Reboarding ladder under a flush-mount hatch to starboard, which has a slot for gripping when climbing.

•Access is via molded steps in the forward corners with small handrails mounted to the aft corner of the deckhouse on either side.

•Unobstructed access to both side decks.

•Access to the windlass, anchor, and locker. The area around the windlass is recessed and drains directly overboard through a break in the toe rail.
