Hull and Deck Construction

• Hull and deck are constructed in with multiaxial E-glass with isophthalic resin and high density closed-cell PVC foam core
• Internal grid bonded to hull with additional fiberglass tabbing 
• Bulkheads laminated to hull with fiberglass tabbing 
• Additional reinforcements and solid glass in areas of high load or hull fittings/hardware
• Epoxy vinylester skin coat 
• Stern platform with hydraulic opening (push button operation)

Keel and Rudder

• L-shape shallow draft keel with cast iron blade and lead bulb drawing 6’ 3” 
• Keel attachment via eleven 1” stainless steel bolts and internal backing plates 
• Internal fiberglass sump collects bilge water and pump to ensure dry bilges
