2013-2014 Upgrades

Hull bottom - Soda blast, four epoxy barrier coats, three coats Pettit Trinidad SR paint, Awlgrip stern salon side/ door, flybridge and waterline boot stripe. Awlgrip salon windows after removal and sealed, rebed exterior hardware, 4-blade props tuned to class 1, cutlass strut bearings replaced, cockpit plumbing/drainage enlarged/replaced, cap rails refinished and Sunbrella covers, flybridge helm and seat covers, replaced wood with composite material for flybridge and swim ladder steps, flybridge bench cushions, LED cockpit and head shower lighting.

2014-2015 Upgrades

Intellian i3 HD satellite system, 32" Samsung smart tv with Bose sound bar, 22" Samsung tv, Bomar low profile bow hatch, galley Elkay sink/faucet, Kenyon 3-burner stove top with tile/glass backsplash, bar/galley/dinette Wilsonart counter tops, Panasonic carousel microwave, strip and refinish all interior teak and galley floor, headliner with Imtra LED zone/dimmer lighting, headliner teak banisters with LED indirect mood lighting, companionway LED step lighting, carpet, Sunbrella salon runners (2), bar stools, Handcraft Mattress Company system 4 premium pillow top latex king mattress, Atlantic Sun Control window tint, Phifertex windshield boot, salon window covers and flybridge sun shades (3 sides). Notes

Second owner boat. Topside and hull waxed yearly. All engine maintenance performed as required - oil, fluids, filters, impellers and zincs. New Batteries and bottom painted April 2019. Covered slip berthed 1989 to 2008 Occoquan River, VA. Then 2008 to 2018 berthed in Tracy's Landing, MD. December to April months stored on the hard shrink wrapped for the winter. 
For three years during the offseason months stored inside where refit work was completed. All refit and maintenance work performed by Cummins Marine, St Mary's Yachting Center, Phipps Boat Works, Osprey Marine Composites, Marine Technical Services, Shiver Me Timbers, Herrington Harbour, Cooks Marine, Hagan Marine, Atlantic Towers and Stitch All Fabrications. The hull is known to have great seakeeping properties with its deep, semi-V, and hard chines. Performance: cruising speed is 23-24 knots with a WOT of 27 knots.
