    Aloha Kai is a beautiful 2006 423 Beneteau.


    Deck: The anchor locker houses a Lewmar windlass with remote control, chain and rode. Forward to the bow pulpit, double bow roller that contains two anchors- 35 lb.CQR and a 44 lb. claw anchor. Moving aft on the deck is a triple dive tank holder, one water fill, and two waste fills. 


    Sails: Mainsail with inmast furling system

    Cockpit: The bimini top is in great shape and has three removable eisenglass panels for the dodger. Port side of the cockpit contains the Yanmar and fuel gauge, along with the Raymarine autopilot monitor, and propane locker that houses two LPG tanks. Both stern rail seats include a cupholder, below is a water and diesel fill and two marine speakers. Centerline is the mahogany table with collapsible sides and storage beneath the middle section. Directly behind is the running station that contains the Lewmar wheel, Raymarine chartplotter, Raymarine wind monitor, Raymarine Tridata, Olympic compass, throttle, and a usb port. The teak inlaid cockpit seats contain an abundant amount of storage beneath them including the Northern Lights generator that is housed under the stbd side seat. The center helmsman's seat flips down to access the transom which consists of the double 30 amp shore power inlets, swim ladder, and shower. The teak swim platform has a wet storage compartment. All the seating in the cockpit includes cushions that are being stored inside the aft cabin. 


    Interior: Through the companionway and down several steps you enter the main salon with three skylights and plenty of portholes that provide plenty of natural sunlight to highlight the lovely cherry wood interior and add to the welcoming feel of the space. The U-shaped dinette and bench seating allow for comfortable gatherings around the table. Behind the settee are storage cabinets and reading lamps, Sony speakers on both sides. Below the seating is the Seaward 11 gal. water heater and a/c unit. On the port side you have another seating area with reading lamps, cabinetry, AC panel, and a Samsung tv. Directly aft is the navigation station that contains the 12v DC power center, generator control, Fireboy carbon monoxide alarm, tide reader, I-COM vhf, and stereo/media player. Below the seat is storage, small drawer and the A/C power center. Moving aft is the wet head that adjoins the aft cabin. The head consists of a Jabsco manual toilet, sink with faucet/shower head and mirrors. The aft cabin contains ample storage between the hanging locker, shelving, and cabinetry that surround the full size berth. Aft starboard is the galley that comprise a built-in below countertop dry storage compartment, three burner gimbaled stove/oven with a butcher block board, microwave, double s.s. sink with PUR water filter, top-loading freezer, and front loading refrigerator. Spacious Corian countertop for all your cooking prep and ample cabinet space above and below the countertop for your kitchen essentials. The engine compartment can be accessed from three locations-behind the companionway steps, and two wall panels, one in the galley and the other in the aft cabin. The forward cabin has a centerline queen berth with drawers at the foot of the bed, additional storage and bench seating on both sides. The ensuite head contains a Jabsco manual toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet, and separate shower shall with a foldable door.
