Going down to the lower salon the galley is to port, master stateroom with centerline berth is forward with a separate dual entry head to port and shower to starboard. There is a convertible settee to port and aft to the mid-cabin with a convertible sofa. Cherry wood interior.

Broker's Comments

This is a very well kept yacht that shows great pride of ownership. The exterior has a great consistent shine, the canvas and upholstery are very good as is the interior of the boat. There are no foul odors and the engine room is nicely maintained. There is a new generator being installed currently and it will have a full factory warranty. The electronics are new a few years ago. The boat lives in a covered slip.

I would suggest someone looking for a very nicely kept yacht, at a good price, put this on their list to see. You will not be disappointed.
