Description
On deck are a large and secure cockpit, arch-mounted traveler, twin leather-covered helms, and a sugarscoop transom with shower. Below-decks, the cabin is open and airy with features such as a separate shower stall, spacious galley, and two spacious staterooms.
Sparrow is fast and well suited to single or short-handed sailing. Her plumb bow and reverse transom make for a long waterline, and she has done up to 200-mile days. The working jib is on an oversized furler for easy operation. If winds are light, roll out the Code 0 rigged to the front of the bowsprit. The main halyard is raised via the electric cabin-top Harken winch, and all sail controls are accessible from the safety of the cockpit.
"Sparrow"'s electric windlass renders deployment of her 73 lb. Rocna Vulcan anchor a breeze, and is connected via swivel to 300' of 5/16” chain. When raising the anchor, she is easily rinsed with a dedicated forward anchor washdown.
Special equipment includes North 3Di molded mainsail and jib, Code-O sail with top-down flying furler, oversized roller furler for jib, robust ground tackle, carbon fiber rudder, Max Prop feathering 4-blade propellor with line cutter, redundant autopilots, electric cabin top winch, twin Diamond Series Edson wheels with padded leather covers, heavy-duty stern and bow pulpit with extra high lifelines, radar/antenna/solar panel arch, Kato Marine davits with hypalon Achilles dinghy and 15hp Yamaha outboard, Spectra watermaker with automatic controls and Z ion, 70 gallons of fuel in 2 tanks, 100 gallons water in 2 tanks, dedicated shower, cherry interior, robust battery, inverter/charger and large alternator, Corian counter tops. This vessel is fully ocean compliant and will take you anywhere in style, comfort and safety.

Accommodations
"Sparrow"'s interior marries traditional joinery alongside modern space and convenience beautifully. Teak joinery and a teak and holly cabin sole are in fantastic condition, as is the blue leather upholstery.
When entering the companionway, a u-shaped galley is immediately and conveniently to port. The guest stateroom is aft of the companionway to starboard, and features a queen-sized berth and various storage shelves and drawers. An L-shaped settee is forward of the galley, and may be converted to a berth when needed. Another settee flanks the starboard side of the salon. The dinette is conveniently stowed on the forward bulkhead above two storage shelves. The Insignia television is tastefully hidden behind the table when stowed, above two additional storage shelves. Moving forward, a workspace and storage are to starboard, opposing the entrance to the spacious head. The head features a vacu-flush toilet, stainless steel sink, and large dedicated shower stall with plexiglass door. The spacious v-berth is forward-most, and offers storage via shelving, hanging lockers, and drawers.
