Description

BreeZen spent the past two seasons sailing throughout the Bahamas and she is ready to sail off to the Bahamas and beyond tomorrow. Many recent major upgrades and updates (see below list) to make the cruising-life comfortable and safe. Bought from the original owner who meticulously cared for her in Annapolis for her first 30 years. During that time, each year, she spent 4 - 6 months sailing the Chesapeake on weekend escapes. The rest of the time she was on the hard, professionally winterized and wrapped, so she was only lightly used. The current owners will be exploring Europe during the next few years and can't stand the thought of her sitting on the hard. She loves to sail and deserves to be out with a new couple ready to sail off on her next adventure! You can view some of her recent Bahamas adventures on her Facebook and YouTube channels facebook.com/MonkeyDoAdventures & youtube.com/@MonkeyDo

BreeZen is regularly maintained including bottom jobs (every 18 - 24 months), monthly bottom cleaning by a professional diver, and all recommended periodic engine runs and maintenance.

In December 2023, just prior to sailing off on her second season in the Bahamas for six months, an insurance-ordered survey was conducted in November 2023 and the 40-year veteran surveyor conservatively valued BreeZen at $79,900.

Over $55,000 in recent, major upgrades have been done for you including all standing and running rigging, electronics, LiFePO4 lithium batteries and solar panels, a Rainman 34 gph water-maker, safety equipment, and much more so you do not have to spend all that extra money with a less expensive, non-updated boat nor all the time waiting to cast-off on your own adventure. She's ready to go - what are you waiting for?
