OWNER'S COMMENT

Presented here is the Beneteau 411 Ltd. with the special package for 2002 - including Navy blue hull and gold trim, larger 56hp Yanmar 4JH3E engine, 2500W power inverter, teak rail mount OB bracket, and fold down stern pulpit cockpit seats.

Queen of Hearts, primarily a bay water boat, has been actively sailed on the Chesapeake by her second owners for three years including one extended trip to New England and one to North Carolina. After last springs’ three week trip to Virginia, QoH stuck to the upper bay for weeks and weekends. The original owner had only been out of the bay once. To our knowledge, this boat has only spent one off-season in the water.

MANUFACTURER COMMENTS

The Beneteau 411, designed by the renowned Groupe Finot, exemplifies a true marriage of performance and beauty. With the bulb / fin keel, maximum stability and efficiency on all points of sail are achieved by her low center of gravity. The standard in-mast furling main and roller furling genoa provide efficiency and true ease of handling. The large cockpit with teak inlay seats is designed for maximum comfort and the pedestal console allows ample space to install electronics. There is also a dual-leaf cockpit table containing a large molded storage area and plenty of space to stow gear in the large cockpit lockers. The extra-wide aft swim platform and ladder, walk-through transom, and standard cockpit shower makes swimming easy and convenient. Both the two- and three-cabin layouts have roomy companionways, large cabins, and plenty of storage throughout, all accented with richly detailed cabinetry. Specially designed for serious cruising, the 411 nav station has a large chart table with additional locker storage underneath, as well as ample space for installing electronics. The deluxe forward owner's stateroom features a generous double berth and an upholstered port settee that is perfect for reading or relaxing. There is also private access to the spacious forward head with sink and shower unit. The galley is beautifully appointed with pressure laminate countertops, double stainless sinks, and loads of storage. The two-compartment refrigerator / freezer has top and side access, and the two-burner propane stove with oven will accommodate every culinary need.

    ACCOMMODATIONS

The deluxe forward owner's stateroom features a generous double berth and an upholstered port settee that’s perfect for reading or relaxing. You’ll find two large drawer under the berth and two closets to port. There is also private access to the spacious forward head with sink and shower unit.

Below deck you’ll find this beautiful vessel has 2 state rooms and 2 heads with showers. forward cabin with double berth has a HMC custom marine, real (meaning not foam core) 8” quilted mattress (2022) and an immaculate matching, dry-clean friendly, quilted mattress topper. Both heads have a shower, multiple lockers and storage.

Aft to a main salon that features a U shaped dinette and seating to starboard. The beautiful wooden salon table converts to double berth with the matching covered insert. The table expands with a leaf. There’s a straight settee and stern facing lighted chart table to port. See lots of storage under all these seats and there is a concealed, covered green felt lined liquor cabinet built behind the back rest of the one to starboard. Upholstery throughout is Beneteau off-white leatherette in overall good to excellent condition.. Note that one of early 2000s Beneteau hallmarks is beautiful joiner work. This include, hardwood door frames and trim pieces with custom marine grade, zero void, multi-laminate wood faces and bulkheads. The cabin sole is teak and holly-type with many bilge access panels. They’re dry and handy to store bottles and cans for those long cruises. You’ll find a inset cabin sole dust bin and grate in the galley.

Next aft is the second head with shower and a very functional sea-going galley w/separate freezer & refrigerator, and a gimbaled propane stove/oven and double s/s sinks in great condition opposite starboard. The fridge has a electric sump pump for easy defrosting.

Far aft is well ventilated second cabin with three electric lights and 3 opening ports with screens, the room is equipped with a large double berth and a new HMC quilted, custom - “real”, 8’ mattress also (2022).

There are 16 opening port lights throughout and 4 in the hull that provide lots of ventilation. Each has a removable Lewmar screen. All the overheads have custom Oceanair roller sunshades. In addition to the 5/8” smoke gray companionway hatch boards there is a custom Glebe Creek teak, double-door with screen and glass inserts, complete with padded canvas sleeve for cockpit locker storage.

Queen of Hearts’ clean and very well maintained 56hp Yanmar is easily accessed on all four sides of the compartment for easy maintenance. Lift up panels under the berths and cabin sole throughout the boat provide access to almost every inch of the hull. Transducers are accessible under the boards of the master stateroom, freshwater & bilge pump under the salon table, and large panels integrated into the head bulkheads come off to provide access to the two holding tanks, macerators, and freshwater pumps. Water and fuel tanks have top-mount gauges and examination ports.
