• The Sabre 38 MK II has a roomy teak interior.
• To port, with a quarter berth, a hanging locker, and changing seat with storage underneath.
• Offering a fully enclosed spacious aft cabin.
• Cabinets outboard over the berth.
• To starboard and aft is a large, enclosed head with separate shower stall.
• Moving forward is an aft facing navigation station to starboard and an L-shaped galley on the port side.
• Forward of that is an L-shaped settee that pull out to a double berth. 
• To starboard is an additional settee.
• Good storage above the settees port and starboard.
• Bulkhead mounted dining table that lowers into place between the settees.
• Moving forward of the bulkhead through a door is the 6'6" vee berth, with a custom mattress by HMC.

COMMENTS: The Sabre MK II Sloop is well-known in New England for her excellent fast sailing abilities and her comfortable cruising amenities with an unusually spacious two cabin layout. ANDARE has the preferred 6'6" draft for superior performance. She also has a larger Westerbeke 44 hp diesel installed in 2012, as opposed to the original 33 hp Westerbeke. ANDARE has a 5 year old mainsail and two jibs, one spinnaker and gennaker with sock. She shows like a much newer vessel, and she has been well-maintained by a caring owner and two highly-regarded boatyards. The owner spares no expense and it shows. Please come and inspect ANDARE.
