Interior

The interior of Island Packet 38 includes a spacious salon with a fold-up table, a nav station, a galley, two heads, and two private cabins. There are thirteen stainless steel opening ports, six deck hatches, and four deck ventilators for ventilation. 

• Fantasia is equipped with reverse-cycle air conditioning.

Forward Head:

• Large forepeak w/ a louvered access door and overhead deck pipes, center divider w/ attachment for rodes.

Notes

• The Seller has owned Fantasia for 17 years.
• The bottom was last painted in 2018. 
• The standing rigging and chainplates are original. (The backstay was replaced)

• The water, fuel, and holding tank were replaced in 2005.
• The vessel was equipped with a Fischer Panda generator. The owner removed it and left the electrical and plumbing connections. The owner utilizes a portable gas generator to power the AC and water maker when needed.
• Fantasia is in the water at Safe Harbor Skull Creek Marina on Hilton Head Island, SC.
