Galley has a 2 burner stove with oven, fridge, 2 sinks, dishes, and storage.

Stern of port hull has enclosed shelves and is currently used for storage . Suitable for modification to additional berth.

MAIN LIVING AREA:

Cushioned wrap-around settee and folding dining table seating 6-8 people.  

STARBOARD HULL: Forward cabin with queen size berth, 2 large hatches, hanging storage locker; navigation station and seat, 2 large and one smaller storage lockers; bathroom with marine head, sink, and separate shower.

Navigation/Power Generation

INSTRUMENTS: autopilot, standard nav instruments including radar, vhf radio

POWER GENERATION AND BATTERIES: 630 watts of solar panels with 2 controllers; 400 watt wind generator with own controller; four 6-volt batteries and separate 12 volt starting battery with isolator; 2000 watt inverter/inverter charger; galvanic isolator

Watermaker

*Watermaker was constructed by Offshore Marine Labs, which is now Parker/Racor. All parts are available at Lewis Marine in Fort Lauderdale. Makes 5 gallons/ hour realistically, on 12 volts completely supplied by solar and wind. Watermaker is called a Sea Quencher SQM200. *Watermaker will need two new membranes in order to operate.

Air Conditioning

AC is a Dometic VC7K/1 7000 btu located under the settee on the port side of the boat. It was installed in 2009 by Hawthorne Marine in Fort Lauderdale.

DINGHY: West marine rib dinghy with 4 hp Mercury outboard

GROUND TACKLE : Primary anchor - Delta plow anchor with 100 ft of chain. Additional 100 feet of new unused galvanized chain. Secondary anchor -22 pound Hooker danforth anchor approx 30 feet chain and 200 feet of line.

OTHER: Dodger with removable front windows (windows replaced 2022)
