Broker's Comments
Dulcinea is a beautiful Pacific Seacraft in excellent condition. This is really one of those yachts that I can honestly say, "Bring your provisions and personal gear and you are ready to cruise Florida, the Caribbean or the World! Although, this is a 1989, the exterior appearance is shiny and clean with traditional lines and thoughtful deck layout. Dulcinea is a classic and has enjoyed wonderful owners who have "babied her" in freshwater and more recently in Florida. When we say maintained with an "open checkbook" it means that no expense has been spared in the care of this yacht. This certainly is the case with Dulcinea, she is classic and original with all the best upgrades to insure comfort and safety! Let me know if you would like to see this beautiful Pacific Seacraft 37!

Pacific Seacraft 37 Interior (Manufacturer Provided)
As you step below you will be greeted by a spaciousness and warmth you may not have imagined existed aboard this yacht. Full 6’4” headroom and comfortable accommodation create a feeling of home which is seldom found aboard a sailing yacht.
Throughout the cabin, a soft white matte finish provides just the right counter point for the abundant hand rubbed teak joinery, resulting in a rich, warm appearance that is also light and cheerful. Sunlight and fresh air pour in through the bronze opening ports and two large deck hatches. In the main salon, you will discover a family sized, 6’4” L-shaped dinette which can be easily converted into a 54’ wide double berth. The table may be used fully extended for dining or half extended for cocktails or folded completely out of the way to make more room for entertainment. There’s also ample shelving for the ship’s library.
Portside, opposite the dinette, is another 6’4” settee, a good berth amidship and very comfortable at sea. Teak hull planking port and starboard are another indication of Pacific Seacraft’s attention to fine details.
In the forward cabin is a unique and comfortable double berth, numerous cabinets and drawers for your personal items, wraparound bookshelf, handing locker and sit-down vanity with mirror and cosmetic cabinet.
The cabin overhead is finished with foam backed vinyl liner that is zippered for easy access to thru-deck fastenings and provides comfortable insulation against sound and temperature extremes.
