Description
ANICCA is a clean, one-owner example of the popular Oceanis 37 by Beneteau. This elegant coastal cruiser is designed to take two-couples or a family of four on extended sailing adventures. With in-mast mainsail furling, chartplotter, electric windlass, asymmetrical spinnaker, and powerful, efficient engine she is a breeze to sail or maneuver under power in all conditions. Her spacious and airy interior, with ample headroom, plenty of storage space, a fully equipped galley and large, comfortable berths offers all the comforts of home.
She has been owned by one family since brand new and now they are seeking the next owners for this beautiful sailboat. Used for day sailing, the vee berth and aft cabin mattresses are still wrapped in plastic! The families situation has prevented them from using her for several years so she has been stored indoors in a heated building all this time. Don't wait, call today for an appointment to see her in person!

Accommodations
The Beneteau Oceanis 37 features a large cockpit with seating for eight. There is natural teak on the seating surfaces, or you can use the full set of cockpit cushions for added comfort. The teak cockpit table has folding leaves and a built-in cooler. A sugar scoop swim platform and a walk-through transom provide excellent access to the water for swimming or boarding, either from the dock or from the dinghy.
Gently sloping teak stairs lead down into the main salon which features an L-shaped galley to port and the enclosed head directly to starboard. Overhead hatches and skylights, as well as opening ports and windows in the hull provide great lighting and ventilation. There is 6'4" headroom throughout the cabin. A large dining table with folding leaves can seat six and settees to port and starboard can serve as berths.
The forward cabin has a large V-berth with an inner-spring mattress. To port is a vanity/desk with storage above. To starboard is a combination hanging locker and cabinet with shelves. The aft cabin has a king-sized mattress, a seating area and standing headroom forward of the bed. Sleeping accommodations on this boat are luxurious! Both mattresses are still wrapped in original plastic !

Broker Comments and Disclaimer
Anicca has been sitting idle for several years. She has been stored indoors in a heated building and aside from some dust/dirt in the cockpit she shows like what she is: a very lightly used boat. Inside is clean and beautiful with no odors and although covered, the decks and hull and bottom all look great. The owners have some personal gear on board so the buyer should be aware some gear on the boat will not convey with the sale.
