36' Monk Vessel Walkthrough

From the fiberglass swim platform, you enter the aftdeck via the transom gate and step up either aft side of the trunk cabin to the bimini covered and Clearvue enclosed flybridge or walk forward to the interior or foredeck on either same level side deck. Entering the salon via the port side deck access door, you will find the master stateroom companionway port aft, L-shaped seating with storage and a double pedestal folding hi/lo table port forward, galley starboard aft, lower helm and side deck access door starboard forward and the guest stateroom companionway forward. Engine room access is via salon sole hatches.

The headroom in the salon is 6'5", 6'6" on the flybridge, 6'7" in the guest stateroom, 6'3" in the guest stateroom head and 6'4" in the master stateroom and shower. The master stateroom berth is 6'2" long and the guest stateroom berths are 6'3" long.

The height from the waterline to the top of the mast is 19'6", 16' to the top of the bimini/solar panels and 12'6" to the top of the flybridge windscreen.

36' Monk Accommodations

Stardust X offers a full-beam master stateroom aft with a centerline queen size berth and ensuite head with a curtained stall shower; and a guest stateroom forward with a V-berth and an ensuite head. The salon L-shaped seating converts into a double size berth also.

36' Monk Salon

The salon offers a teak & holly sole (Refinished in 2020), side deck access door starboard forward and port aft, L-shaped seating with storage (Converts into a double size berth) and a double pedestal hi/lo folding teak table port forward, chair starboard forward, opening side windows with screens, aft window, fan, book shelf and engine room access.

The galley is starboard aft in the salon.

The guest stateroom is forward and offers a V-berth, reading lights, 2 portlights, overhead hatch, shelves, storage drawers and cabinets, hanging locker, teak & holly sole, fan, anchor chain locker access and an ensuite head.

36' Monk Lower Helm

The lower helm is starboard forward in the salon and offers a side deck access door, engine control, bow thruster and stern thruster controls and electronics as detailed in the electronics section in this presentation.

36' Monk Flybridge

The flybridge offers a bimini, Clearvue enclosure with screens, non-skid deck, teak cap rails on stainless steel stanchions, benchseat seat with storage forward on each side, 2 deck chairs, bow thruster and stern thruster controls, engine control, anchor windlass control, storage under the helm, 2 Springfield helmseats (2019), propane locker and electronics as detailed in the electronics section in this presentation.

36' Monk Trunk Cabin

The trunk cabin offers a hinged mast and boom, non-skid deck, deck storage box, molded-in steps on each side aft to the aftdeck, 2 molded-in steps to the flybridge and teak cap rails on stainless steel stanchions.

The aftdeck offers a non-skid deck, below deck storage, same level side deck access and a transom gate.
