Summer 2021:

-Removed carpet and bathroom flooring, replaced with new vinyl tile

-Replaced Foam in Dinette Cushions

-Replaced Microwave in Galley


Winter 2021/2022 - MAJOR REFIT at St Clair Boating Marina & Done-Rite Restorations Refit began Nov 2021, Completed 10 Aug 2022 -Removed fly bridge hard top and all flybridge structure

-Removed all external hardware above and below the waterline (fittings, rails, windows, hatches, sea cocks, shafts, rudders, trim tabs, swim platform, rub rails, cleats, trim.

-Everything bolted on the boat above and below the waterline came off

- New core in transom, new fiberglass and gel coat

- New core in cockpit gunnels, fiberglass repaired, repainted with Acrylene

- New core in hardtop, fiberglass repaired and repainted with Acrylene

- Complete rub-rail up restoration repairing all cracks and spidering sanded primed and painted with Acrylene

- De-lamination of bow pulpit repaired, replaced teak synthetic teak product, repainted

- Swim platform repaired, replaced teak with synthetic teak product, repainted

- Cut open cockpit to reveal fuel tank - cut access panels to inspect fuel tank

- Degreased and inspected fuel tank integrity and all sediment cleaned out

- All fuel tank pickups pulled, sandblasted, cleaned, polished and rebedded

- Cockpit floor re-fiberglassed after fuel tank inspected and painted

- Sandblasted and powder-coated hatch hardware, replaced hatch lenses

- Replaced all window seals and windows

- Replaced Stratoglass

- Trim tab hydraulics rebuilt

- Hydraulic Steering gear all rebuilt, hardware polished

- Polished and rebedded all hardware below waterline (seacocks, rudder stuffing boxes, trim tabs)

- Polished all above water hardware and screws/bolts

- Reinstalled and rebedded all hardware

- Installed new windlass and foot controls

- Installed new RayMarine E series Hybrid touch screen with Quantum Radar on Seaview mount

- Installed redundant SeaTalk networks

- Installed two new Depth transducers

- Replaced all exterior accent and navigation lighting with LED

- Installed new sofa in salon

- Replaced birth mattresses with custom Bamboo memory foam mattresses and custom bedding

- Replaced window coverings

- Installed new forward AC unit

- Installed new hot water heater

- New port & starboard engine ignition coils and ignition control modules

- New port & starboard engine distributer caps, spark plugs and spark plug wires

- Rebuilt port and starboard engine cooling exchangers

- All new hoses on both port and starboard engines

- Replaced cast exhaust wyes with fiberglass ones (cast ones were paper thin)

- Repaired leaking exhaust mufflers

- New raw water impellers on both port and starboard engines
