Description

Ericson Yachts while no longer in business was known as a builder of quality boats and the Ericson 35-1 was one of the first they produced.

The 35-2 came out in 1969 and with over 600 sold was a very popular cruiser that also performed quite well on the race course

Never one to rest on their laurels Ericson Yachts introduced the 35-3 in 1982 giving the model more interior volume and a lot more speed making the Ericson 35-3 was the ultimate iteration of the Ericson 35 class.

Up front, the 35-3 has a good-sized v-berth, hanging locker and a head area offering a separate shower.

The main cabin has a sizeable side settee and dinette that gives hungry sailors plenty of room for eating.

Aft and to starboard, there is an amply galley with a gimbaled stove/oven, ice box, sink, and plenty of storage. To port, there is a quarter berth and a forward-facing nav station.

Out on deck, all lines run to the cockpit making single-handed sailing easier. It also has a roller furling jib, which also makes sailing easy.

This Ericson 35-3 is a great boat for a wide variety of uses, whether you will be cruising, club racing or, most likely, a combination of the two.
