ALISIOS
One of only two LRC SE models built
Over $24k in recent upgrades including sails, autopilot, etc.
"SE" stands for Simple Elegance. This yacht was built with a modern electrical system, larger than nomal fuel and water tankage for her size, beautiful cabinetry through-out and with the split rig provides for excellent sailing qualities for a short handed sailor.
Some of the recent upgrades include custom offshore Tri-Radial sails, AIS transceiver, and the latest electronics. She is large enough to be comfortable and seaworthy, but small enough to be easily handled by one or two people. The current owner has spent about 85% of his sailing time on Alisios single-handed.

INTERIOR LAYOUT
When entering the boat the first thing that you will notice is that you many enter as you would transitioning the stairs at home rather than climbing a ladder. Once below you will find a bright, airy salon / galley area. The cabins through out this yacht are beautifully finished with the right amount of white to make the spaces bright and yet plenty of teak giving her the feel of a custom built yacht.
To port is a generous sized U-shaped galley. For the cooking chores is a stainless steel Force 10 LPG stove and oven, for cold storage is a large heavily insulated ice box and for clean up there is a very large double bowl stainless steel sink. As to those taking out the trash there is a conveniently located trash bin beneath the bottom companionway step. As to storage "there are an abundance" of varying types of cabinets both above and below the counter including a specially designed utensil drawer.
To starboard is located the nav station with a dedicated swing out stool, and conveniently located in this area are both the 12 volt and 120 breaker panels, VHF, stereo as well as a repeater for the helm mounted electronics. Adjacent to the nav station is the aft cabin which consists of a large quarter berth making easy access to the companionway or chart table during those overnight passages.
Moving forward you enter the main salon. The main salon features a fold away bulkhead table making for a more spacious cabin when not dining or playing a game of cards. With the table down it exposes a storage rack behind, Storage in the main salon abounds. There are large storage lockers under, behind, and above both the port and starboard settees. When extra overnight guests arrive, the starboard settee easily converts into a large single berth, or can be used as a small double.
The large head is located just forward of the salon to starboard and has dual accessibility providing private access from the forward cabin. The private enclosed cabin with manual head is uncommonly large and allows plenty of room for showering. A dedicated overhead hatch and opening porthole allows for cross-flow ventilation. There are storage cabinets above the countertop and a storage locker below. To make cleaning and maintenance easy, these are the only interior areas that are built using fiberglass components. The owner replaced the original headliner in the salon and head with removable fabric covered panels to allow access to deck hardware for maintenance and re-bedding when needed.
