Main Salon
As you enter the salon from the cockpit, the first impression is of an open & airy space with large windows and plenty of headroom. There are four opening windows with screens and three fixed windows in the salon. The galley is on starboard and the settee on port. Emile B has a light teak interior, Blue carpeting in the Pilothouse and Master Cabin and warm light tan Ultraleather upholstery.
The convertible settee is on port, which makes into a near queen size berth. The table is on a hi-low air spring base and pivots allowing more space from the settee. There is a cabinet with drawer in the aft corner.
The staircase to the pilothouse is quite open as the funnel is integral with the deck and there are no bulkheads separating the salon & pilothouse.

Galley
The American Tug galley features a wonderful full-height counter with a Granicoat countertop that has a formed backsplash and nice detailing. There are two deep sinks with cutting board cover and H/C pressure water. The Force-Ten stove/oven & broiler has a Xintex propane sniffer and control. The Sharp microwave is above the Nova Kool refrigerator-Freezer.

Forward Stateroom
The stateroom is very large for a boat of this size. The centerline queen berth has a quality mattress. There are four large full-suspension drawers under the berth. Large storage compartments line the port & starboard hull sides. There is a very large cedar lined hanging locker to starboard and an additional set of shelves to port. Reading lights are on both sides of the berth. Private access is provided to the head. Equipped with large overhead egress hatch with screen.
Head
The head has a Vacu-Flush system, a large shower (36" square) with glass door and Granicoat counter. There is a ventillation porthole in shower for great ventilation.

Electrical
The American Tugs have a robust DC electrical system. There is a 400 AH house bank of AGM batteries and additional AGM batteries for engine and genset. The circuit breakers are all by Blue Seas.
.The AC system is also set up properly with an Onan 5kw diesel genset, a Xantrex 40-amp multi-step battery charger is connected to the batteries using an automatic combiner. Shore power is controlled by a Blue Seas breaker panel.

Mechanical
Fitted with the Cummins 330HP diesel engine that easily cruises the tug at over 13-knots with a top end of around 17-knots. At displacement / economy speed she just sips fuell at roughly 2 GPH. Only 1,122 hours on the engine.
The engine is properly accessorized with Racor 900-series fuel filter & water seperator. Groco raw water filter is included on the cooling water inlet. The Reverso oil change system is plumbed to the engine, genset and marine gear. Engine intake is filtered by a Walker Airsep to keep the engine room clean. A Borel electronics vacuum monitor is fitted to the Racor and temp gauge is fitted on the exhaust elbow with an alarm on the dash to warn of potential issues.
The Onan 5KW AC generator is mounted in a hush box inside the well insualated engine room, and fitted with a water/gas seperator muffler for ultra-quiet operation. The genset has 719 hours total time.
